Once we have started processing your application or generated any service (including submission of government fees, documentation, or application information to the relevant authorities), no refund will be provided.
1.2 Service Definition: A service is considered "initiated" once:
- The user has submitted their application details to us.
- We have begun processing or forwarding any details to the respective government authority.
- Any associated government fees or service-related expenses have been paid on your behalf.
- Your KYC verification or document submission process has begun.
1.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances: Once the service has been initiated, as defined above, you will not be eligible for a refund under any of the following circumstances:
- You change your mind after initiating the service.
- You provided incorrect or incomplete information, resulting in delays or issues in the application process.
- The government authority rejects your application for any reason outside of our control.

2.2 Refund Evaluation: Once we receive your refund request, we will review your case to determine if the service has already been initiated. If it is determined that the service has not yet started, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
3. Processing and Timelines
3.1 Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase (credit card, debit card, bank transfer, etc.). You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

- Bank Processing Time: Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider and may take up to 7 additional business days.

5. Government Fees
5.1 Non-Refundable Government Fees: Please note that any government fees paid on your behalf (for example, passport or PAN card application fees) are strictly non-refundable once submitted to the relevant government authority, as these are outside of our control.
